Behind the Groups’ evolution, there is a hidden story of 70 years of experience in demanding aesthetic desires and functional expectations which reveals that any project is viable for PAP GROUP.
1925
Papadopoulos family, a refugee family from Pontus, moved to Katerini Greece in 1925.
1946 - 1958
Right from 1946 when Savvas Papadopoulos the eldest took his first steps in the business market in Pieria, with a small local glazings store. He continuously upgraded his range until he managed to expand by importing and exporting construction materials since 1958.
1975
Almost thirty years later, in 1975, his sons Panagiotis and Georgios Papadopoulos started their own enterprise of glass processing and trading in Thessaloniki in a westside neighborhood.
1982
In 1982, they were the first double insulating glass manufacturers. Within a decade the store was moved in Sindos in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki in a 1800m2 area while in 1995 the premises reached the 4000m2.
2008
A mutual passion for excellence and the desire to blend creativity and technologies laid the foundation on the third generation brand of the GROUP, PCA in 2008. After thorough consideration and search Savvas Papadopoulos had an intuition and the renowned skill in transforming glazing systems into a complete solution for every glass application. PCA expanded the GROUPS’ horizons into the international scenery.
2021
In 2021, PAPGROUP is one of the most acknowledged industrial Groups worldwide thanks to its five brands: PCA, PREMIUM, SPARKE, TERRACE, and MINIMAL.
1925
